We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in electrical contracting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mission-critical projects in industries such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. This role is pivotal to delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget, while fostering a culture of teamwork, diversity, and inclusion across teams. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical contracting projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Manage all facets of mission-critical projects in industries including healthcare (hospitals), data centers, and other high-priority facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuous progress and quality control. Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within all project teams and relationships. Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and safety standards. Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, produce reports, and document best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical contracting, particularly in mission-critical fields such as data centers and hospitals. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and regulatory standards. Exceptional organizational, budgeting, and time management skills. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar software. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all facets of work. PMP certification or equivalent accreditation is preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or safety. Day-to-Day

Lead daily project meetings with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment. Troubleshoot on-site issues and develop resolution plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Review project schedules, deliverables, and financial performance to ensure alignment with goals. Mentor and guide junior team members, always promoting open communication and professional growth. Interface with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality assurance. Track procurement schedules and ensure materials arrive on time for installation phases. Foster a safe and inclusive work environment for everyone involved in the project.
