What You’ll Do
Campaign Management: day-to-day management of Programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all Programmatic Channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc.).
Strategy Development: collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
Data Integration: leverage first-party and third-party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
Planning and Setup: develop and implement programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, and others).
Optimization: continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance and pacing goals.
Reporting: generate and analyze performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Troubleshooting: quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
Team Collaboration: work with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide regular updates, present campaign plans and performance results.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus for B2B experience).
Hands-on media buying experience in DSPs (TTD and DV360 preferred).
Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels (paid and organic) work together to surpass client KPIs.
Experience driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month.
Strong cross-collaboration and client-facing communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects.

What We Offer Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 USD base, depending on experience and compensation practices. We provide medical, dental, and vision plans, disability, and life insurance, with employer-paid coverage for you and partial contributions for dependents.
