As an Assistant Manager you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure our customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” Responsibilities
Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). Support recruiting efforts to build a team that embodies HEART and the HEART Styling Experience. Maintain a strong fashion presence on the floor and stay passionate about trends. Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager. Assist the Store Manager in coaching and developing employees to achieve success in their roles. Support operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and merchandising/visual standards. Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll support. Maintain a sales expectation of $20,000 per month. Lead their Division of Responsibility based on volume group. Requirements
A warm and friendly demeanor, a natural connector who makes work enjoyable. Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary brands. Willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends. A growth mindset to persevere through challenges and push for solutions. Open to growth and development, highly coachable. High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence others. Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate for our mission.
