This position involves performing immunoassay quality control testing to assess product quality, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing assay databases. The role focuses on immunoassay products such as Quantikine, DuoSet, Luminex, IVD kits, and Simple Plex, with an emphasis on database management for the Luminex product line. Essential Functions:

Conduct immunoassays to evaluate product quality. Analyze and record data, maintain assay databases, and develop large-scale data trending databases. Review assay data for product approval and exercise judgment within established procedures. Apply strong immunoassay knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues independently. Identify process improvements to enhance product quality and process efficiency, especially for the Luminex line. Assist in transferring new products and technologies from development, including participating in project meetings and evaluating results. Calibrate equipment and document calibrations. Prepare reagents according to SOPs. Develop and assist in validation plans and reports, organize validation materials, and document data. Update SOPs related to instrument maintenance, qualification, and calibration. Collaborate across departments to ensure product performance, troubleshooting, and change control. Lead and develop team members in the lab. Compile reports, present data, and recommend actions. Follow safety policies and practices outlined in company manuals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience. Experience in clinical lab or QC systems with good manufacturing practices preferred. Experience with macros, database management, and programming languages like Python and VBA is desirable. Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow SOPs, multitask, and meet deadlines. Data analysis skills for decision-making. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Physical and Work Environment:
