The Operations Lead (OL) oversees store processes and supports an active selling culture by ensuring all aspects are maintained to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The OL provides expertise in all operational processes including opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks while demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

The Operations Lead performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, operational readiness, troubleshooting, team management, conditioning, and housekeeping, while ensuring building, assets, and team member security. The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness supporting traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics. The OL participates in task management by planning and executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to meet store, department, sales goals, and guest engagement. The Operations Lead

supports the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, expense control, and customer experience to ensure effective and profitable store operations. The OL drives productivity through training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and results appraisal. The Operations Lead uses daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and train topics that support the customer experience. The OL participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including processing freight, stocking, down stocking, and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store. All other duties are based on business needs. Night and weekend shifts are required. Qualifications & Competencies:

At least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills for clear and concise communication. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs. Effective working independently and within a team. Strong attention to detail in standards, processes, and marketing. Reliable and trustworthy, demonstrating ethical and honest behavior, doing the right thing for the team, customers, and company. Creates a sense of urgency, promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately, and motivates self and team to accomplish objectives with timely and thorough execution. Ability to train, develop, motivate, and lead in a manner that fosters a safe, smart, and fun work environment. Flexible and creative in handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
