You can expect an average day to include: Waking early because success waits for no sleeper Brushing your teeth and tucking in your shirt like a professional Filling your truck with what you need from our fully stocked warehouse Opening up your company provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money making opportunity Arriving on time at the customer home and delivering six-star service that results in an incredible review Getting real-time coaching/support because you are coachable Having parts/materials delivered so your head stays in the game Recording notes for the next technician because you are a team player Collecting payment from the customer because if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you Heading home for supper time What we do

All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right. If you made it this far and missed the “residential” part of residential HVAC service, consider whether this role is right for you. If you don’t like people, you won’t like it here. Customer service to us means presenting options for each home and family and giving them the power of choice for what makes sense. Job duties

Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices Accurately diagnose problems of clients’ HVAC systems Effectively recommends service and repairs options to convert opportunities into sold work Properly perform service, maintenance and repairs while maintaining a low callback rate Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job Maintain company vehicle cleanliness inside and outside What to do next

$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year with commission and bonuses.
