The KLA Services team, headquartered in Milpitas, CA, provides service, support and training across field operations, engineering, and product training. Our services include proactive performance management, optics, image processing and motion control expertise, worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support, and a broad parts network. Job Description / Responsibilities
Installation of new tools at customer sites. Follow all procedures and achieve a consistent result within specified cycle times. Ensure a predictable warranty start. Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems related to installation. Troubleshoot and repair moderate system-level problems based on IE2 technical knowledge; seek guidance from senior engineers and management when needed. Prepare field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances; contribute to post-activity Quality Feedback Report. Manage international travel documents and readiness for extended travel; coordinate travel without disruption to scheduled activities. Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites by commercial transportation. Work with Senior Engineers, TSE, or Managers to formulate and carry out POAs. Spend most of the time at customer sites installing new tools; may work six-day weeks with overtime and travel across borders; travel may be solo. The work requires independent travel and reporting to management via daily progress updates and service reports. Role may involve moving between activities without returning to the home office. Minimum Qualifications
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $31.78 - $54.04 Per Hour Primary Location: USA-AZ-Phoenix-KLA KLA’s total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company matching, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, development opportunities, wellness benefits, PTO and holidays, and family care leave.
