Support and execute proactive and reactive quality improvement projects Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms; conduct quality assurance tests; perform statistical analysis Create engineering documentation such as PPAP, control plans, inspection sheets, TPA, and test reports Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards Assist in design, material incoming inspection, production control, and reliability testing Follow instructions accurately and demonstrate good listening skills Apply knowledge of DOE and SPC concepts for process control Experience with SolidWorks & AutoCAD is a plus Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership Perform other duties as assigned What is required:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Experience as a Quality Engineer preferred What’s in it for you:
