Butler, IN . Responsibilities include operating mobile equipment, maintaining the plant, conveyor, crusher, and screens. Pay:
$23.00+ based on experience Shift/Schedule:
Night shift, 6:00PM-6:00AM Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution Year-round, non-weather dependent employment Tuition Reimbursement for skilled trade programs Student Loan Repayment Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities Operate mobile equipment and perform inspections Diagnose and repair malfunctions Replace drive belts, jaw dies, screen decks, maintain gear boxes and pulleys Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance Manage startup/shutdown processes Maintain yard and plant housekeeping Monitor plant operations and air emissions Adjust settings based on production data Ensure material production schedule is maintained Check stockpiles for quality and consistency Perform other tasks as assigned Skills Operate heavy mobile equipment and plant Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Welding and burning abilities Knowledge of plant equipment and safety procedures High school diploma or equivalent To Apply:
