What\'s in it for you We’re looking for a seasoned
Technical Writer
with a passion for clarity and precision to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that helps users understand complex technical products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure our content is accurate, user-friendly, and tailored to diverse audiences.
About the team
You’ll be part of a fully remote Pan-European Product and Engineering team that operates in an Agile environment. Your team is cross-functional, with experts in Product Design, iOS development, Android development and backend engineering. They are located across Europe, in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, and other countries.
Your impact
Your responsibilities
Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for APIs, technical products, manuals, and help systems
Maintain and update documentation in line with product changes and feature releases
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Translate complex technical knowledge into accessible content for non-technical audiences when needed
Use diagrams, infographics, and structured formats (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI) to enhance clarity and usability
Manage documentation as code in Git, including pull request workflows and version control
Continuously improve documentation pipelines through automation and workflow optimization
Ensure content meets accessibility standards and is tailored to different audience levels and learning preferences
Technology stack
OpenAPI, ReadMe, GitHub, Confluence/Jira, (Optional) Google Analytics
To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
+5 years’ experience as a Technical Writer, including at least 2 years in a regulated environment
Ability to understand, simplify, and clearly explain complex technical concepts
Experience with Git and GitHub, including GitHub Actions
Experience managing documentation as code in version-controlled environments
Familiarity with OpenAPI specification and API documentation best practices
Proficiency in Markdown, YAML, and JSON for structured documentation
Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive writing practices
Experience using AI tools to enhance documentation quality and workflow efficiency
Strong interest in process automation and continuous improvement
Ability to evaluate, design, and implement improvements to documentation workflows
Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
Experience in the payments or financial services sector is a strong plus, especially with familiarity in frameworks such as ISO-27001, SOC2, ITIL, or similar
