Position:
Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. Responsibilities
Complete daily maintenance checks of the assigned unit before operation to ensure safe operation and identify needed repairs. Notify technician in advance when equipment will need maintenance. Operate forklift in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and safe facility. Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Keep the warehouse clean and organized; ensure materials are properly stored. Operate forklifts/pallet jacks in compliance with company safety regulations. Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; forklift experience and basic operator-level maintenance experience. Legally eligible to work in the US, 18 years or older. Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills; strong dedication to safety; self-directed with a strong work ethic.
