As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the Dulles Configuration Center team in the daily tasks around Sales Order management and Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes. You will assist in the implementation of business process and procedures, ensuring sales orders are accurate and processed through the WMS in supporting services to our customers and internal sales staff. YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include: Review orders in WMS for accuracy and work with ISR/sales teams to update orders accordingly Plan waves for orders to be brought into the configuration room Work with sales on expedites of orders to config Work directly with Config Center Manager, confirming availability of space and resources Communication between sales and warehouse and config Monitor and expedite internal client requests related to inbound and outbound order processing with emphasis on prioritization and organization of requests Coordinate, track, and prepare orders for delivery scheduling and notification Keep management informed of any issues related to assigned projects Assist in Marketing of the support services business including customer and sales presentations Effectively apply ePlus methodology and enforce project standards QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing position Systems and IT literate, including Networking, Business Communications, Security, Wireless, SAN and Server Management support, etc. Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment Strong communication abilities Strong client-focus and high-level customer service expertise Able to be onsite at the Dulles, VA Configuration Center a minimum of three (3) days per week POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $70,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
