Pay Range $62,000.00/yr - $85,300.00/yr
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with NERC Operations & Planning standards, including CIP, through documentation, internal assessments, and audit support.
Manage UL certification processes and serve as the primary liaison with UL Solutions and other certification bodies.
Oversee compliance with state modular building codes, coordinating inspections and maintaining certifications across jurisdictions.
Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Administer third-party safety compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce), ensuring timely documentation and alignment with customer requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams ensuring compliance program requirements are met.
Monitor regulatory changes and integrate updates into internal processes and training.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance program requirements and best practices.
Serve as the primary contact for third-party compliance system audits, updates, and issue resolution.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 3-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in energy, product certification, or modular construction.
Strong understanding of NERC, UL, ANSI/IEEE, NFPA 70 (NEC), and state building code requirements.
Experience with compliance audits, documentation management, and regulatory reporting.
Familiarity with compliance software and document management systems.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, legal, and operational teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Project management certification or experience a plus.
