The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Monitors all gaming areas as required by the minimum standards. Responsibilities
Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. The ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations through documenting all exceptions noted during monitoring of casino activities. Performs duties in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations. Reviews all exception reports with management personnel. Reviews Daily Surveillance Log, Surveillance Room Visitor logs, and Incident Reports and Surveillance Equipment Maintenance Reports for Missouri Gaming Commission. Oversees and assures high standards of guest service on each game and works closely with Pit Managers, the Shift Manager, Hosts and other casino staff members in this regard. Provides and monitors on-the-job training for Surveillance staff and ensures staff receives adequate guidance, resources, and information for adequate job performance. Completes all company required training within designated time frames. Position Details
