Rebel is looking for a seasoned navigator of the digital marketing variety. We are seeking a Project Manager, a team player who can work with colleagues and clients alike to meet deadlines and budgets that make everyone happy.
The Project Manager acts as our agency's conductor: managing work, challenges, priorities and strategies with orchestrated precision and calm throughout all phases of a project.
What You’ll Do
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work both internally and with clients to analyze work needs to ensure they fit with project objectives and quality standards Know key questions to ask to effectively onboard clients and colleagues and manage each project to success Oversee detailed timelines, project plans and requirements for project deliverables and key milestones Prioritize deliverables and manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects, including communicating client needs to internal teams, participating in project status, project schedules. presentations, reports and documentation Be creative in finding a path to "yes" Be skilled at establishing experienced assumptions as a way to guide discovery of appropriate and achievable solutions Be solutions-oriented, flexible and able to work with an ever-changing workload while still effectively evaluating and managing expectations and priorities Assist in managing internal talents and third-party vendors, ensuring all projects are appropriately staffed Identify areas of improvement and opportunity for all work while proactively identifying solutions to address issues Assess project and technical risks and scope creep, and assist with problem-solving and mitigation strategies Act as a quality assurance and client acceptance lead for the project's final deliverable Contribute to the strategic vision of Rebel as a whole
Job Requirements
5-7 years of project management experience Website/online and integrated digital campaign experience Experience in defining and managing scope of online and offline projects Experience with Asana, Monday, Workfront, ZoHo Project, Microsoft Project, Bugherd, JIRA or other project management and collaboration tools Appetite for problem-solving, consensus building and getting great work out the door on time and on budget Exquisite attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for advancing your knowledge of project management methodologies Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical audiences Strong knowledge of user experience and web technologies Experience with and interest in digital accessibility Semi-hybrid work schedule requiring at least 4 days per week in the Cheshire office, with one of those days being Wednesday
