The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management for highly complex, strategically important technical initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution and delivery of technical projects through the full lifecycle. Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, architects, and leadership to optimize cross-functional processes. Define and manage Agile ceremonies and processes for large teams. Oversee hardware/software procurement as needed. Develop and manage multi-track program plans and multiple project managers. Proactively address unplanned changes and keep programs aligned with business goals. Implement governance practices and provide senior-level program oversight. Manage budgets, control expenditures, and report ROI. Build and maintain the infrastructure required to support program delivery. Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in technical project/program management of enterprise solutions Bachelor's degree PMP certification Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, databases, software development lifecycle, and DevOps Familiarity with Agile practices, CI/CD, TDD, and engineering/product development methodologies Proficiency in: Office tools: Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Smartsheet PM tools: MyPPM (Clarity), Jira Advanced Roadmaps Reporting: Tableau, Power BI Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
