Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

The Role As the
top escalation point on the helpdesk , you’ll be the “buck stops here” resource for both clients and teammates. You’ll take ownership of issues end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and step in on-site when needed (about 25% travel). What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as final escalation for inbound tickets/calls — handling everything from workstation hiccups to advanced networking.
Own tickets fully, escalating to vendors only when necessary.
Configure and manage client backups.
Mentor L1/L2 engineers, raising the bar on documentation and client communication.
Provide on-site support for escalations, upgrades, and projects (~25%).
Track work and document issues/processes in Autotask (or similar PSA/RMM).
Partner with leadership to resolve recurring issues and streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For
Windows Server/AD
(DNS, DHCP, GPO, hybrid environments)
Networking/Security
(SonicWall firewalls, HP switches, VLANs, VPNs)
Experience with Autotask or similar PSA/RMM tools.
Clear communicator who can explain technical issues in plain English.
Humble, collaborative mindset with mentoring experience.
Reliable transportation for client visits (~25%).
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
