Staff Product Manager
to lead strategy and execution of high-impact initiatives that shape how millions discover, engage with, and attend live events worldwide. You will define and drive product priorities grounded in user needs and commercial outcomes, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver measurable impact. You will navigate complexity, make high-quality decisions quickly, and balance near-term delivery with long-term vision. Our PMs operate with ownership, clarity, and strong product judgment, while mentoring others and fostering collaboration and excellence. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA What You'll Do
Strategic Product Ownership: Take charge of a specific product area within the Consumer Experience ecosystem. Collaborative Team Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, copywriters, data scientists) to foster a unified team focused on customer and business success. Innovative Ideation: Encourage creative feature ideation and participation across the team. Strategic Roadmaps: Develop roadmaps balancing short-term optimization with long-term strategic bets. Prioritization Frameworks: Create frameworks to prioritize features based on business value and complexity, utilizing hypothesis-driven experimentation. Data Analysis Leadership: Analyze user data to inform questions and support decision-making. Technical Mastery: Develop fluency in the underlying architecture, codebase, and technologies of the product platform. E-commerce and Supply Chain Expertise: Bring experience in running an e-commerce business and understanding key metrics driving performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior executives across domains. Organizational Skills: Manage ambiguity, stay organized, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience: 8+ years in product management for consumer web or mobile (native) products. Track Record: Successful launch of consumer-impacting features or products. Collaboration Skills: Proven collaboration with engineers and designers. Analytical Aptitude: Use of analytics to support decision-making. Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse non-technical audiences. Education: BS or MS in STEM, Economics, Psychology, or equivalent preferred.
