Overview
Position: Category Manager at Uline – full‑time, on‑site role located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. You will lead product sourcing, vendor partnerships and a high‑performing team to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Own product sourcing, vendor selection and new product development within your assigned category.
Lead vendor negotiations to build successful business partnerships.
Organize vendor visits to understand manufacturing processes and monitor market trends.
Support creative strategy for product catalog and digital marketing layouts.
Improve company profitability, product quality and data accuracy.
Build strong relationships with internal teams: Purchasing, Creative, and Quality Control.
Coach and develop a team of Product Management Analysts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.
Willingness to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
