Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) supports more than 100 product teams, enabling Boeing business partner leaders to deliver products and services to customers. From building a better digital experience to designing faster and more accurate manufacturing analytics, our products touch every aspect of our business. BDS is modernizing its foundational product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing operations management (MOM), and enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems; enhancing data strategies; and improving alignment of execution processes via Sapphire, a joint effort between BDS and IDT&S. Responsibilities
Integrate teams of functional process experts and collaborate with the IDT&S Enterprise Business Systems Product Division Design and create process-optimized ERP solutions that ensure functional processes are captured, modeled, and transformed Ensure end-to-end business process accuracy using ERP best practices Coordinate cross-functional business unit functions to reengineer business processes and align data strategies, ensuring the ERP system supports organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency Basic Qualifications (Required)
10+ years of experience in program or project management 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team 5+ years of experience within information technology 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Ability to travel 25% of the time Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher Active Top Secret Security Clearance Relevant certifications in project or program management Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Drug Free Workplace

Programs vary by location, hire date, and applicable agreements. Pay is based on candidate experience and market factors. Summary pay range: $147,050 - $228,850.
