Location: Site-based role on large-scale construction projects throughout Metro Atlanta within the state of Georgia. As an Electrical QAQC Project Manager, you’ll ensure complex electrical systems work exactly as designed. From material arrival on site to system energization, you’ll verify design standards, safety codes, and owner expectations in the field. You\'ll Spend Your Time

Level 1 – Materials: Inspect major electrical equipment (switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, cabling) as it’s delivered; verify it is correct, undamaged, and stored properly Level 2 – Installation: Walk the job site to confirm installations match plans, NEC, and project specifications; check conduit runs, grounding, labeling, penetrations, and quality of work before anything is covered up or energized Level 3 – Pre-Functional Testing: Lead readiness checks before systems power up; coordinate with commissioning agents to verify safety, signage, controls, lockout/tagout, and startup testing Document issues, track resolutions, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks; lead QAQC planning; manage reporting tools like Procore/BIM 360; mentor junior team members on what constitutes good electrical work Why It Matters

Your work directly impacts reliable and safe operation of facilities like data centers. By catching issues early and ensuring readiness at each stage, you help avoid costly delays, ensure compliance, and support high-performance operations from day one. What You\'ll Need

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience 7–10 years working with electrical systems in commercial or mission-critical construction Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70/70E, IEEE, and NETA standards Experience managing QAQC across Levels 1–3 on electrical projects Ability to interpret one-lines, riser diagrams, panel schedules, and coordination studies Proficiency with QA tools (Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheet, CMMS) Strong communication skills to lead issue resolution with contractors, engineers, commissioning agents, and clients Bonus Points For

Certifications: NETA, CxA, PE (Electrical), OSHA 30, ASQ CQA Experience in data centers, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing Background in energization, pre-functional readiness, and turnover documentation What Success Looks Like

This is a site-based role on active construction projects. You’ll be on the field, participate in meetings, and lead during high-pressure moments like commissioning and energization. Travel is part of the job, and long hours can be expected at key milestones. Benefits
