Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that expand our customer base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to align business development strategies with company goals.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

Track, report, and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline activity, and market feedback.

Represent the company at industry events to build relationships, gather market insights, and identify strategic growth opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, especially in P&C insurance.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth, especially in P&C insurance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in CRM.

Focused on relationship-building and opportunities that drive growth for the business.

Preferred Skills

Experience in P&C insurance.

Familiarity with market analysis tools and sales forecasting.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
