Overview
Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is partnering with WayUp to hire top talent for the 2026 Extended Warranty Business Student Experience. This role is located in West Fargo, ND. The program offers hands-on experience, application of university learning to real-world projects, and professional development opportunities as part of the Doosan Bobcat team.

Role & Responsibilities
Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities within Bobcat's ERP system, perform record retention duties, and assist with reconciliation as needed.
Communicate directly with the dealer network.
Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics to drive improvements and answer inquiries.
Assist with process documentation creation.
Assist with writing, maintaining, and testing code for systems and tools used by cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET.
Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding Protection Plus offerings.
Job Requirements
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Administration.
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Commit to the full term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Self-starter who can independently resolve issues with limited guidance; team player with a fast-learning attitude.
Compensation & Eligibility Pay Transparency: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.
