Tampa Electric and its sister companies serve a role in providing critical services to our community during an emergency. Team members are required to participate in the response/recovery activities related to emergencies/disasters to maintain service to our Tampa Electric customers. TECO is hiring 4 individuals for these onsite roles in our Midtown headquarters located in Tampa Florida. POSITION CONCEPT

The Enterprise Analytics Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of high value data and AI solutions to one or more areas of the business. Oversees the end-to-end implementation or enhancement of data driven and AI solutions, including reports, dashboards, analytics, and extracts, in support of strategic achievement, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and/or innovation. Serves as a shared service function for TEC and PGS to enable the business to extract insights and value from data and AI assets. Responsibilities of the are associated with business relationship management, program management, and product lifecycle management. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead delivery for various data and AI initiatives through all phases of implementation (planning, requirements, design, build, test, deploy) including support for business case creation and value proposition, prototyping and solution design, requirements definition, daily stand ups, user acceptance testing, end user readiness, data governance needs, and stakeholder communications. Establish and maintain SME-level understanding of data and AI solutions used by assigned business areas, including role in business processes, operation, key fields, data quality, governance expectations, and source/destination systems. Contribute to the enterprise data analytics strategy in support of company objectives. Participate in industry and data analytics associations and perform research to recommend strategy changes, including new solutions, tools, processes, and methods. Build relationships with business and data leaders to understand strategic plans, roadmaps, and goals, while providing transparency into analytics strategy, roadmap, priorities, and processes. Collaborate with business and data partners to understand challenges and explore where data products and AI can provide solutions. Monitor and track usage, adoption, and value achievement of data solutions for assigned business areas. Maintain a backlog of potential improvements to data and AI solutions and help prioritize changes to drive maximum value. Support other department activities as needed (storms and emergency management, procurement, etc.). SUPERVISION Direct Supervision: Functional members of analytics delivery teams including SCRUM Masters and Data Analysts Indirect Supervision: Technical members of analytics delivery teams, including Data Engineers and Testers RELATIONSHIPS Key Internal: Business, Data, and IT leaders across TECO and Emera affiliates Key External: Contractors, Vendors, Industry Associations QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in related discipline. Licenses/Certifications:

Preferred: Credentials in data science, AI/ML, information management, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) Experience:

Required: 6 years related work experience in business relationship management, program management, and/or data product lifecycle management. Preferred: Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., electric/gas utility). Supervisory Experience:

Preferred: 3 years leading project teams. Required:

Demonstrated knowledge of business acumen, problem solving, analytical skills, driving for results, and commitment to continuous improvement. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile. High initiative and teamwork. Ability to build internal/external relationships. Strong judgment and problem solving. Proficient with MS Office. Preferred:

Knowledge of strategic/innovative thinking, conflict management, project management, business case development, financial analysis and metrics tracking. Familiarity with Azure, Snowflake, MS PowerBI, SAP BW/BO, Atlan data glossary; advanced MS Excel; knowledge of user story mapping. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

Some extended working hours (overnight and weekends) and out-of-town travel required.
