Senior Compliance Analyst Location:
Hybrid in New York City, NY or Jacksonville, FL, or remote in the United States Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus bonus (based on NYC, will be adjusted for geo) What You’ll Do
Ensure business processes and transactions comply with legal and internal guidelines. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying them to company operations. Develop and implement company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance across departments. Conduct audits, compliance control testing, and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance risk. Manage documentation, evidence, and reporting related to compliance activities and findings for leadership. Work with the Compliance Manager to Own/Manage the Due Diligence Process. Lead training and education on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices for employees. Coordinate responses and due diligence requests from regulators and external parties. Perform compliance checks on IT systems, user accounts, and security infrastructure, promoting adherence to IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance policies. What We’re Looking For
3 plus years experience in a Compliance role Meticulous, detail oriented Strong communication and writing skills Preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Compliance certification(s) such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, CIPP Preferred experience in Audit, IT, Information Security, Project Management or Software Development Experience with Privacy law Experience in a fast-growth startup or growth company What You’ll Get
