Responsibilities
As a luxury brand evaluator, discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback to help brands refine their services.
Visit stores, purchase online, or evaluate returns as part of assessing the overall customer journey.
Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile; complete in-store visits (approximately 20 minutes each) and online evaluations as applicable.
Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience; provide honest observations through our platform questionnaires.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.
Compensation
Non-Purchase Evaluations: Earn a fee based on mission complexity.
Purchase-Based Evaluations: Reimbursement for approved items as stated in the mission brief.
