What You Will Do
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to scope.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and focus groups as needed.
Assist in developing business cases and defining project scope.
Support solution design by ensuring requirements are understood and addressed by technical teams.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
What You Bring
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in both waterfall and agile environments
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team-oriented, detail-oriented
Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
Strong customer service skills
Education and Experience Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in business, technology, engineering, or related field. 3-5 years project management experience, preferably with exposure to business analysis tasks. Required
Experience Level: 3-5 years project management experience, preferably with exposure to business analysis tasks. Required
License/Certification Details: CAPM or equivalent (preferred within 90 days of hire); Scrum Master (preferred within 90 days of hire)
