BrightView Landscapes is looking for an Enhancement Manager who will schedule and direct personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. The EM will support Account Managers in estimating, design and client meetings, and may sell enhancement services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts. The EM will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams and will train and develop staff through day-to-day scheduling and guidance. What You’d Do

The Enhancement Manager schedules and directs personnel and resources to deliver high-quality enhancement services. The role includes supporting Account Managers in estimating, design and client meetings, and may involve selling enhancement services. Manage a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, and provide hands-on training and development for crews. You’d Be Responsible For

Understanding client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s) Managing all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment and subcontractors Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service to prepare a specific action plan Understanding irrigation systems, identifying repairs or adjustments, and communicating recommendations Monitoring landscape conditions after service for insect or disease issues Performing hands-on work with crews as needed to meet workload and scheduling demands Implementing and enforcing BrightView policies and procedures related to maintenance, storage, use, and training for branch equipment Working with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily schedules Ensuring proper paperwork for employee changes and hires Counseling, training, disciplining, reviewing, and developing growth plans for employees Providing hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards Focusing on safety and monitoring safety records Maintaining administrative systems (time sheets, job databases, service schedules) Ordering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries Requesting purchase orders and using them in accordance with company guidelines Assisting the Branch Manager with enhancement sales tasks as required You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

A minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes) Here’s What To Know About Working Here
