Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

The

Indirect Procurement Manager

is responsible for leading sourcing strategy and the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for critical indirect categories that directly support manufacturing operations. These categories include chemicals, industrial gases, and waste management services across multiple business groups and global locations. The Procurement Manager will play a key role in driving value, ensuring reliable supply, mitigating risk, and aligning supplier performance with business needs. This is a highly visible role that works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and suppliers to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and mitigate risks within chemicals, industrial gases, and waste services.

Supplier Management:

Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with operations, EH&S, and business leaders to align procurement strategies with site and enterprise needs.

Contract Management:

Work with Contracts and Legal to prepare, review, and negotiate supplier agreements.

Procure-to-Pay:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to invoicing and payment.

Category Performance:

Track KPIs, analyze spend, and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and value creation.

Project Support:

Lead and support procurement projects, including supplier transitions, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master’s degree and/or procurement certifications preferred.

5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience with indirect categories (chemicals, industrial gases, waste management, or related).

Proven success in developing sourcing strategies and negotiating supplier agreements.

Strong supplier relationship management and vendor performance experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.
