Amazon Description We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategic development and sourcing of third-party logistics (3PL) solutions for Amazon's fulfillment network. This role will bridge Amazon's capacity planning needs with 3PL capabilities, designing innovative solutions that enhance our network flexibility while ensuring commercial viability. You'll be instrumental in evaluating, structuring, and implementing partnerships that expand our fulfillment capabilities through strategic 3PL relationships. Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and development of 3PL solutions, translating Amazon's network expansion needs into commercially viable partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and cost-effectiveness through innovative 3PL solutions. Develop and negotiate commercial frameworks and operational agreements with 3PL partners Drive cost modeling and financial analysis to ensure solution viability and optimization Translate internal business requirements into executable 3PL solutions Build and maintain strategic relationships with key 3PL partners while representing their capabilities internally A Day in the Life As a Supply Chain Manager for 3PL Solutions, you'll navigate between strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders and deep-dive discussions with potential 3PL partners. Your expertise in supply chain operations will help bridge the gap between Amazon's business needs and 3PL capabilities. Basic Qualifications

Master's degree Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level Preferred Qualifications
