This is a Cactus position and is located in Houston, TX. UKG Pro, Hands On Experience - Highly Preferred. JOB SUMMARY

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s UKG Workforce Management time and attendance system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on compliance and training management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position. Administer and maintain UKG Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) Time and Attendance system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting issues with end users. Develop and implement workflows and procedures for time and attendance tracking and training management. Provide training and support to end users on both systems, ensuring efficient usage and understanding. Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making, compliance, and performance metrics. Stay updated on system upgrades, features, and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable. Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll guidelines. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience administering HRIS systems is required. Payroll processing experience is preferred but not required. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

None required, but willingness to work toward relevant HR or comparable analytical certifications related to the position. Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Familiarity with Time and Attendance management and general functionality of a time and attendance system. Strong technical skills, including system configuration and troubleshooting. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
