Senior Director of Dining Services - Clermont, FL. The Senior Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day foodservice operations, managing a team, handling client relationships, ensuring profitability of the account, and supporting talent development. Key Responsibilities
Operate the department within the approved budget while delivering maximum value for the client. Ensure the food offered is of superior quality. Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, and other departments within the facility. Promote professional growth and development of the entire team. Foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service with the facility’s operations plan. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of additional experience. Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience. Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control. Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation. Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable. ServSafe certified a plus. Forward-thinking, proactive, and the face of the company. Benefits
