We are seeking a Nurse Educator Emergency Department for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. This position is at Chippenham Hospital. What you will do in this role
Participates in the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating of onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel Conducts orientation in a manner that facilitates a positive learning environment. Incorporates organizational values/culture into the orientation process Identifies learning needs of staff and assesses practice gaps, comparing competencies to actual practice. Plans educational content with learner engagement Partners with the Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data to evaluate and refine aptitude management activities Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick) into courses and curriculum to refine clinical programs Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN) Registered Nurse Bachelor's Degree HealthTrust Supply Chain
