We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice full‑time at our office in Palm City, FL. The ideal candidate is compassionate, driven, and has primary care experience that allows them to join patients with minimal or no supervision. Duties
Conduct patient consultations, review histories, exam patients, and review pertinent medical records/imaging. Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team regarding diagnosis and treatment plans. Order and review diagnostic imaging, bloodwork, and labs as needed. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs. Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle changes. Document progress notes accurately and timely. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with staff and patients. Create an excellent patient experience through a friendly, focused attitude. Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. PA/NP license in FL. Primary care experience. Schedule
