Our Neuro ICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. The leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. Patient Population: Non-trauma neurosurgical patients, strokes, specialized spine, neurovascular surgeries, and seizures. Patient Ratios: 1:2 Department Specifics: 15 beds, certified comprehensive stroke facility, unit-based practice council, onsite nurse practitioners, stroke coordinators and educator. Leadership team with “all hands-on deck”. Open Statuses: Part Time Open Shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am Registered Nurse Responsibilities
This section describes the responsibilities and expectations for the RN role within Neuro ICU, aligned with the needs of a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. (Note: Specific day-to-day duties are determined by unit leadership and patient care requirements.) Benefits

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. License/Certification: RN (registered nurse) with a minimum of 1 year Neuro ICU experience. BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
