Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full Time at GoHealth Urgent Care GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time opportunities in the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers in the St. Louis area. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus Daily Volume Bonus (paid monthly based on patient visit metrics). Quarterly Bonus: up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Comprehensive, day-one benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision and CME as an employee of Mercy. Retirement plans with employer contribution and matching options. Relocation package (if applicable) and professional liability coverage. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility as Mercy is a not-for-profit system. Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required). Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required). Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints), preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays (required). Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required. Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP). About Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care
