Lead services for integrated administrative solutions for colleges and universities, focusing on configuration, conversion, implementation, testing, and deployment of Banner Student solutions Deliver high-quality services while adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies Bridge functional and technical aspects of client solutions to meet business objectives Collaborate with Professional Services teams to enhance processes and promote best practices Ensure customer satisfaction, project goal achievement, and utilization targets What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience with Banner, including implementation and deployment in key modules Bachelor's degree Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with consortium or system-wide models and state regulations (CA, TX, FL, NY) Functional experience with Colleague modules, including Core, Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Payroll, and Reporting tools Knowledge of Client Recruit, Self-Service, Ethos Integration, Elevate, and Colleague We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
