Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist 3 to join the team. This role is part-time, working night shifts for 24 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends. Administer advanced respiratory care therapeutics and diagnostic services with proficiency. Use knowledge, skills, and experience to promote optimal patient care. Follow standards, guidelines, protocols, and pathways for care delivery. Utilize data to improve care quality and communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families. Perform additional duties as assigned. Additional Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited CoARC respiratory program. At least 2 years of critical care experience. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification. Additional certification or a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA upon start. Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Work schedule: 24 hours per week, night shift, including weekends.
