As part of the Telecare Family, Willow Rock is a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County for adolescents 12-17 years old who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. Shifts Available:
On Call AM, PM, or NOC; days may vary. Expected starting wage range is $26.83 - $44.00 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shift differentials: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff: 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift. POSITION SUMMARY
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure Current CPR/BLS certificate Must be at least 18 years old CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification (must be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained) Successful completion of post-offer physical exam, TB test, background checks, and license verification. Valid driver license and auto insurance if driving is required. Preferred: Experience with the target population or similar setting One year of relevant experience Knowledge of psychiatric illnesses and psychotropic medications ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must meet physical requirements such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, manual dexterity, and exposure to hazards like bloodborne pathogens and chemicals.
