Ultrasound Tech - (ECHO experience required)

Performs ultrasound examinations of the heart to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation. Records and maintains test data and prepares preliminary interpretations of test results. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a physician or manager. Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree and graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasound Technology. Certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARMS). Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Preferred Qualifications: R-ARDMS RDMS OB/GYN C-ARRT Sonography R-ARDMS-RDCS-Adult Echo
