Job Summary As a Physical Therapist at St. Luke’s Health – Vintage Hospital, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing after illness, injury, or aging. You will use various treatments to reduce pain, build strength, increase range of motion, and improve balance, enabling patients to function at their best.
This PRN role involves evaluating between 6 to 8 patients daily for initial and re-evaluations. Work with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and therapists to develop and execute treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop and execute individual patient treatment plans.
Perform initial patient evaluations and re-evaluations to assess progress.
Document all treatments and track patient status changes.
Help patients prevent, manage, and improve their conditions.
Evaluate patient outcomes to determine treatment effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Degree in Physical Therapy.
State licensure in Physical Therapy (PT).
BLS certification – American Heart Association.
Graduates eligible for licensure will be considered.
