Full-Time Fellowship-Trained Neuroradiologist The Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the
University of Maryland School of Medicine
seeks a full-time, fellowship-trained neuroradiologist to join our team. We prioritize academic excellence and diversity among our faculty and staff. This role supports our mission in clinical service, research, and education. The
Division of Diagnostic Neuroradiology
serves the
University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC)
and its affiliated hospitals. UMMC is an 800-bed acute care hospital featuring a
Neurocare Center of Excellence
and the renowned
Shock Trauma Center . Our division comprises 9 faculty members, collaborating closely with 4 neurointerventional surgeons. State-of-the-art equipment includes
High-Field MRI scanners ,
Simultaneous PET-MRI , and an
MRI-guided focused ultrasound system . The division plays an integral role in the Maryland Center for Advanced Imaging Research, along with a robust clinical and educational program. Responsibilities:
Engage actively in the department's educational mission, including involvement in radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship programs, and partnerships with the School of Medicine. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clinicians, patients, and trainees.
