Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Cardiovascular Technician you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, supporting the heart‑health of our community.
How You’ll Contribute
Operate specialized equipment for diagnostic and vascular tests in the Cardiac/Vascular Cath Lab.
Scrub at the tableside and monitor patients as assigned.
Transport patients as necessary.
Prepare equipment and supplies, selecting appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters.
Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures on equipment.
Troubleshoot, resolve, or report equipment malfunctions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Must work in a stressful environment and act appropriately.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required within 90 days of employment if not current upon hire.
Graduate of a Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program (preferred).
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with experience in a Cardiac/Vascular Cath Lab (preferred).
One year of cardiovascular lab or special procedures experience (preferred).
