Overview As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families. Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals. Services are provided in the child\'s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per-visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need and flexibility.

We encourage clinicians to pursue specialties they are passionate about such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling (depending on state), and more.

Position Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state
All positions: Pediatric CPR and FA certification (including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing)
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
Must have completed fellowship year and earned the Certificate of Clinical Competence
Willingness to obtain or already in possession of Virginia Early Intervention Certificate
