Overview
RSU 19 is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a friendly and supportive team of speech pathologists within a dynamic special education team. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy for students identified through the IEP process and will conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
Location The position is centrally located in Newport and serves the 5-8 population at Nokomis Regional Middle School and the 9-12 population at Nokomis Regional High.
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy for students identified through the IEP process.
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as part of the IEP process.
Collaborate with a dynamic special education team.
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
CFY’s (Clinical Fellowship Year) encouraged to apply.
