$88.86 - $90.86 per hour Position Overview We are hiring a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a secure clinical environment located in Vacaville, CA. This full-time contract offers a competitive hourly rate, weekly pay, and the possibility of transitioning into a permanent state role with exceptional benefits. Key Responsibilities Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled shifts to manage emergency patient needs Conduct patient interviews and psychosocial assessments Identify actual and potential diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing advanced clinical skills Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation Respond to patient calls and coordinate appropriate follow-up care and referrals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and specialists Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months of direct patient care within the last 3 years Licensure: Active California LCSW license (hard copy required) Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Identification: Valid photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport Benefits Health Insurance Weekly Payroll via Direct Deposit 40 Hours Paid Sick Time Contract Extension Bonus Pre-employment costs covered (Physical, Drug Test, Mask Fit, Background Check) Opportunity for temp-to-perm state employment with full benefits
