Pascagoula: 435 beds Gulfport: 130 beds Ocean Springs: 136 beds Staffing and Compensation
Staffing model: Combination of Doctor and APPs. APPs work collaboratively with doctors managing lower acuity patients independently and co-manage moderate and higher acuity with the doctors. Compensation:
Rate $90/hour with benefits CME and Licensure:
$1000 CME per calendar year plus state license/DEA license; ATLS/ACLS/PALS/BLS is reimbursed.
