The Center for Cancer Care in Goshen is currently seeking a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor to join our Integrative Care Team. Also a licensed acupuncturist? Use your skills to further benefit our patients! As a valued member of our Integrative Care Team, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with other naturopathic doctors, mind/body counselors, and registered dietitians, utilizing your holistic approach to healthcare and naturopathic principles to provide comprehensive and personalized care to our patients. The Goshen Center for Cancer Care is a multidisciplinary, hospital-based cancer center combining medical, radiation, surgical, and naturopathic oncology to provide world-class expertise and highly personalized care in a small-town environment.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Support the mission and values of The Goshen Center for Cancer Care.
Work with patients to obtain a medical history, evaluate needs, develop an assessment, and formulate naturopathic recommendations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support multidisciplinary approaches to patient health.
Be an active participant in the Naturopathic Residency program, providing education and mentorship.
Complete other assignments as directed, including but not restricted to nutrient and botanical research, community outreach, and patient programming.
Participate in the various committees and meetings required of the Cancer Center physicians.
Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in naturopathic medicine, and acupuncture, if applicable, to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.
Report to the Section Leader of Integrative Care.
Position Qualifications:
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) degree from a naturopathic medical school accredited by the Council for Naturopathic Medical Education.
Residency Completion (2 years) in naturopathic oncology, or related experience.
Maintain licensure in at least one state, which licenses Naturopathic Physicians.
Maintain a license to practice acupuncture in the state of Indiana, if applicable.
Maintain certification with NCCAOM, if applicable.
Maintain membership in the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
Maintain naturopathic Continuing Medical Education (CME) credentials and continually update knowledge base pertinent to job performance.
Strong knowledge of naturopathic principles, and acupuncture techniques, if applicable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish a rapport with patients and effectively explain treatment plans.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Full Time, Days, Tue-Fri 7 am to 4:30 pm
