Medical Materiel Specialist - Level II — Capital i, Tampa, FL Base pay range: $22.29/hr - $27.86/hr This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Responsible for the logistical oversight and inventory management of the 27 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise to ensure precise SLEP/DMLSS statistics and effectively communicate all SLEP related updates to affected units, AFMED, and NGB/SGX. Conduct monthly reviews, and provide monthly reports to the COR, of SLEP and DMLSS inventory records to ensure accuracy and program compliance. Act as Logical SLEP coordinator. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track and document the usage of medical materials. Assist in the procurement of medical supplies and equipment. Provide management oversight of onsite contractor staff and coordinate logistics activities with base organizations, units, and government agencies. Ensure overall readiness and availability of unit ECMM (Expeditionary Contingency Medical Materiel), including general medical materiel management and warehouse activities. Serve as the vendor-contracted Air National Guard (ANG) Influenza Program Manager, responsible for logistical oversight and management of the influenza vaccination program. Act as the focal point between the Surgeon General and ANG Medical Groups regarding the influenza program. Perform program management and oversight of medical materiel operations; communicate effectively at all organizational levels; collaborate with stakeholders; provide strategic readiness reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or higher, or eight years of medical logistics field experience with six years of specialized medical materiel management experience. Minimum 8 years of medical logistics field experience with six years of specialized medical materiel management experience in healthcare or healthcare support environments. Must have experience in using and running transactions in the MMIS. Advanced degree in a related field, preferred. Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa. Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance. Travel
