4x10s - 7a-5:30p
3x12s - 8a-8:30p
Responsibilities
Interprets orders for requested exams.
Produces CT and diagnostic medical images.
Positions and transfers patients.
Selects proper technical factors on an individual patient basis.
Operates equipment and uses the computerized radiology information system.
Assists physicians in administering enhancing agents and medications.
Maintains current CPR certification and performs first aid as necessary.
Provides protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
Qualifications
Education: formal Radiologic Technology training.
Licensure: state licensure may be required.
Experience: sufficient experience for the position.
Certifications: A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment.
Preferred Certification: ARRT Advanced Level certification in CT Scan or working toward certification.
Other: Demonstrates respect for others and keeps information confidential.
